SM-liiga
is the top professional ice hockey league in
Finland. At the moment there are 14 teams. The
teams are JYP, Kärpät, HPK, Jokerit, Blues, HIFK, Lukko,
Tappara, Ilves, Saipa, Ässät, Pelicans,
TPS, and Kalpa. Winner of playoffs receive gold
medals and Kanada-malja.
